About My Practice:

If you are suffering with one or more of these problems, I have the training and experience to help you journey through these difficult issues. My approach to therapy is to honor and respect your feelings and thoughts as we journey together on a path toward healing and happiness for you. In a caring and safe environment, we build our therapeutic relationship, you are respected without judgment and we work together to meet your therapeutic goals. In addition to earning my master's degree and state licensure, I was personally trained for five years in treating anxiety-related disorders by Diane Peters Mayer, LSW who is a nationally recognized expert in the treatment of anxiety. I am also specifically trained in treating PTSD and attachment disorders while also having extensive training in play therapy for children.. |
